In the pre-digital days of marketing, the options for promoting a business were fewer and less complex. With the advent of the internet and social media, specialties in the communications field became stand-alone professions. Having built and managed a number of internal and client marketing teams from the ground up, I've had the advantage of being both a marketing generalist and specialist in strategic and tactical roles ranging from consulting and planning to writing, design, media relations, and web development and optimization.

Career, Relationship, Life & Spiritual Coach
Having served in leadership roles from the start of my career in 1988, coaching staff was an essential part of managing and developing a team. It's been my lifelong study and practice to be of encouragement and guidance to others in various aspects of work and life. It was a natural adjunct for me to combine my education and background in behavioral psychology, marketing, and business to become a coach. To this day, I coach and am coached. I counsel and am counseled. Clients and peers think of me as equally adept in marketing and coaching. Succeeding in both these practices requires a number of the same core technical and soft skills.

I focus on living a Fruit of the Spirit life. That’s a biblical reference, but universal message, no matter where you are or what you do or don't believe. The nine fruits are: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control. I believe in servant, heart-centered leadership and putting others first. I believe we're ultimately all just fallen people trying to navigate a fallen world. By fallen people, I don't mean evil, though evil acts indeed exist. I simply mean we're all imperfect, and that we're all continuously healing and growing. I believe that, apart from God, I can do nothing.
